This Thursday we’ve got some great cheapies and freebies available. I cheated a bit on the first one and put the whole trilogy up, but it was so cheap I couldn’t help myself!
Rebecca Donovan’s Reason to Breathe trilogy is only $1.99 each on Amazon this month. Unfortunately it’s only available for the Kindle (or its apps). Barnes & Noble has the paperback version, but it’s not released as an ebook just yet.
Flat-Out Love by Jessica Park is only $2 on Amazon. I read it about a year and a half ago, and it was actually the very first book review I posted on The Book’s the Thing, which you can read here. It’s got a couple of spin-offs and it was a really interesting take on grief and family relationships. Unfortunately this one is unavailable in ebook format outside of Amazon.
The first installment of Cassandra Clare’s Mortal Instruments series, City of Bones, is only $2.99 on Amazon. I’ve read this one and wasn’t too super crazy about it, but it’s super popular, so if you’ve been on the fence about the series, you can get the starter pretty cheap. It’s $7.99 for Nook, so it’s not as great a deal there, and it’s only slightly cheaper on Google Play, at $5.99.
Airel: The Awakening by Aaron Patterson and Chris White is free on Amazon and Google Play and only $.99 for Nook. It’s short and sweet, so it’d be a nice quick read to help you decide if you want to delve into the rest of the series.
Cinder by Marissa Meyer is only $2.99 on Amazon, Google Play, and Barnes & Noble. Still not sure? You can read the first 5 chapters for free on all three sites, as well (Links: Amazon, B&N, Google Play. This is one I’ve been meaning to pick up for awhile, so I think I’ll be checking out the first 5 chapters to see if I want to finish up the whole thing.
